What do you mean by "the parks"? because Eisner is the man responsible for most of the expansion at the theme parks. When I went to DisneyWorld 2 years ago (while Eisner was in charge) the parks were extremely clean. My brother-in-law has been making annual trips to DisneyWorld for the last 10-15 years and he has never mentioned any decrease in the cleanliness of the parks, in fact he always speaks highly of how clean they are. He is the most dedicated follower of Disney I have ever seen, not to mention a Disney stockholder, and he gives Eisner his full support, just like 57% of all the shareholders did in this vote. Eisner revitalized Disney when he was hired and I think everyone seems to be either forgetting or disregarding this fact. This is a company that even after a few down years is still in phenomenally better shape now than when Eisner took over.
I don't recall anyone complaining about his poor decision making about animation when the list of films that johnsmith named were being released.
