As mentioned before, as long as you have a decent heatsink and CPU fan, you should be fine without case fans. However, the ambient temperature will remain high and you might want to leave the case open until you get some case fans. DO NOT RUN THE COMPUTER WITH A FAN ON THE HEATSINK.
