Misunderstood lyrics
I'm starting this thread as a result of the "Red Hot love" thread.
How many of you have sung lyrics for a long time, only to find out that you're singing the wrong lyrics?
My wife used to think in Gator Country by Molly Hatchet, they were singing "There's a guinea in the bushes and he's callin my name" It's actually "gator in the bushes".
I used to think ZZ Top's "Give me all your lovin" was "I ain't worried cause my woman's fat" and it was actually "I ain't worried cause my wallet's fat"
I guess it runs in the family, when my daughter was little, she used to sing "Goin to the jack'o'lantern, gonna get married"
