The key is just to load up on the protien, give your body time to recover, and train to bulk up. As soon as I started training right (high weight, low reps, not spending too long lifting, really pushing the weight hard) the pounds started flying on. Everytime I see someone that I know that I havent seen in a while they can hardly believe its me anymore. Just dont give up and train right. You wont need anything other than some good protien and focus.
