ok easy one:
breaksfast burritos:
add a bit of butter to a pan, melt.
add as much chopped garlic as you can stand (more the better in my book) and heat till its half cooked (not quite brown)
add some form of protein, either shrimp, steak, chicken ect, cook till it is nearly done
add 3 eggs and scramble.
add cheese melt
throw it into a burrito and eat, its quick and easy and taste great.
