Another tall, skinny guy here (6'2"-170). I've only been lifting seriously for about 2 months, but I'm already noticing some gains, which I wasn't really expecting this early on. I use protein and a weight gain supplement (Interactive Lean Gainer 2) and hit the gym 3-4 times a week. I figure if I can put on 15 lbs of muscle this year, I'll be doing alright.
This forum has been a godsend for me, and I'd probably be lost without all the tips I've picked up here.
