A lot of that profit came from the reltionship with Pixar. I think the figure is somewhere around half it. So, a VERY lucrative piece of the business just went away. Not only does this represent a big direct loss to Disney but it represents a huge competitor in the animated film segment of the industry making it doubly bad.
