Has a few rust spots, 3 holes total one is above the rear quarter panel not to bad on the exterior, need to replace the floor panels, rear glass has "none" no cracks or chips, front has one circular crack, man that old glass is "thick", other than that I would say it is in fairly decent shape and would be worth restoring.
