actual skinny man's success story
Wow, I used to post on boards all the time about bein so tall and skinny, and I have to say, the tried and true methods do work!
I was about 6'2 180 pounds about a year ago and now I'm at about 197 and it's all been muscle mass. seriously guys, forget all that creatine and other dangerous stuff - just eat lots of protein (protein supplements do help - but again, just take protein, not some other crazy stuff), hit the gym 4x a week or so, don't hit the same muscle groups 2 days in a row, and do quality sets! (that is, practice proper form with relevent weight).
Finally, I'm happy about where I am and I can truthfully say that all of those methods do work! hot damn
