thank you for the response sky, I added about 500 calories in nuts to my diet so Im getting about 70 G of fat a day now (no bad fat though all froms nuts or meats)
so now im getting about 2000 in a day or trying to, getting the right amount is easy on weekends but on weekdays I have to plan out meals around classes.
500 from nuts
300 from fruits
300 from chicken
180 from tuna
400 for a dinner meat
300 from a protein shake + banana + 3 straw + 1% milk
120 from olive oil
hmm Im still only coming up with 1980, which is ok I guess but getting a bit more would be safer I beleive, does anyone have any advice on how to accumulate good carbs? I find it nearly impossible to get my 150 aprox carbs in the morning even when eating 4 or 5 pieces of fruit.
Is there anything wrong with eating apples etc later on in the day? I mean not at 9 pm but as long as its before my cardio at 5:30 I should be ok shouldnt I?
