nope. i hit all the goals i set for 30 at 28, so my 30th was not that stressful.
i just turned 35 and I had accomplished so much more in the past 2 years that I never thought I'd ever accomplished, like buying a place in NYC.
IMHO it's all about how comfortable you are being you.
