You should write a letter to the company tellin them how much you appriciated the service, or maybe just an email with a link to this forum. If good service is rewarded by repeat business/free advertising on the internet, there will be more good service.
I always try to get people's names when I get good service on something major like that and send a note to their boss. Figure it can only help them out.
