It's been a week since I've had caffeine and I sleep better, haven't stayed up past 1 AM on any given night and haven't slept past 10 AM. And each day I feel less and less of an urge to drink caffeine to fight being tired and instead replace it with eating a healthy meal, which gives natural energy.
