Its entirely too big. The limits of the avatar, as you well know is 100x100 and a max of 20kb. I've tried this same gif in the past (2 weeks ago)... and after just opening it in my gif editing program, I saw the 850+ frames in use. Each frame is anywhere from .5kb to 1kb depending on how much is drawn into the image. It IS black and white, so it is already as small as it can get. The only way to get it to a size which conforms to the max 100x100 max 20kb, is to make it a 4x4 pixel image, which is hardly watchable.
In short - can't do it.
