My boyfriend once went up to a college with one of his high school buddies- they were both hs seniors- because the buddy wanted to meet some girl he had been talking to on the internet. My boyfriend ended up hooking up with her and never talking to her again.
I don't know why it bothers me, but it really does, and I wish I hadn't ever heard about it.
