2nd Most Expensive Knife in the World
I was browsing my favorite knife sites and was quite shocked to find this available for sale:
Buster Warenski's "Gem of the Orient" Can anyone loan me a few bucks? :D FYI, the most expensive knife in the world would likely be Buster's Tut Dagger, assuming it were ever sold. |
Solid gold knife? Pretty, but can it actually cut anything without bending?
|
Meh, that's a display knife, doesn't count :P
Very pretty though. |

Do they sell any diamond encrusted baseball bats?
Actually, that's pretty sweet. If I ever need to kill any mythical creatures, I'm totally going to do it with that knife. |
It is a neat knife, but I would have to think that some of the ancient meteoric blades would fetch more at an auction.
|
It looks like something straight out of the Lord of the Rings !
.......but where's the bottle opener ? |
I'm pretty sure even a gold knife will still open up your innards.

What im2smrt4u didn't say is that in the world of custom knives the maker is/was (RIP) one of the best and very well respected.
He taught his wife how to engrave and shes now just as sought after as he was. |
yes, a gold knife would easily bend at contact between stronger metal, such as steel and iron. BUT!!-gold won't rust like many other metals and alloys do.:)
