Wow, that looks like a lot of damage!

So the knife was designed to be used underwater, is this for hunting purposes or self defense from predators?

kill them, messily and painfully. Its basically stabbing a small hand grenade into someones chest cavity.

On a serious note the only use I've ever had for my dive knife is cutting myself out of lost nets and crab and or long lines.

A few weeks ago, the company that makes it informed London police about its potential to freeze stabbing victims from the inside-out. Naturally, being in the UK, they overreacted, tried to create a public panic over it (while admitting that they've never seen one and that it's unlikely that criminals will bother to get a knife that costs as much as a black market handgun) and got a whloe shitload of free publicity.

Worked on me, I'm getting one when I can afford it.
