Downloaded new drivers for video card caused my tv tuner to stop working
 
I recently downloaded new drivers for my ATI Radeon 8800 video card. I have a tv tuner in my PC (also ATI), and after I installed the new drivers, the tv no longer works. The error message that comes up says
ATI Multimedia Center::ResMngr
"FATAL Error: AtiSServ Registry Access Failed to StartUp!"

Does anyone have any ideas about what I need to do?

What happens when you rollback to the previous drivers?
