Mega dumb windows questions
I think this has to do with the "Briefcase" feature, but how can I have a folder on one computer on my network, that periodically updates or copies itself onto another computer? Maybe something that makes a scheduled backup of itself? Anyone know how I can do this?

If you have a briefcase then you must be running Win 95 so I'm not exactly sure how this will work, but I think it has a backup utility, and you can schedule it to back up at certain times. I'd just map a network drive to another computer on your network to store it in.
Hope it helps. |
there are programs that u can use to schedule the backup or syncronization of folders/files etc..
search for syncronization and backup hope this helps |
You can use the Offline Folders feature in Windows 2000 or XP.
To start, open a window, select Tools | Folder Options, Offline Files. Once activated, you can right-click and select folders for Offline access. |
