You can only upload pictures, but it's still a nice site.

I've never tried 2and2.net but I've seen extensive use of http://www.yousendit.com on another board. You can upload anything there, up to 1GB for a limited number of downloads, of course. I've also heard of http://www.dropload.com but have yet to use it
