bluetooth and CDMA phones

Hi everyone...

Does anyone know why CDMA phones almost universally do not offer Bluetooth capabilities? In Canada, it's non-existant, except on GSM phones from Rogers and Fido. Really annoying.

I've found that Bell and Telus offer fairly feature-poor phones in general, but the Bluetooth thing is really annoying. So much so I'm considering going back to Rogers, or Fido, now that they're one and the same. Not to mention GSM coverage is getting much better.

Motorola V710 is the only CDMA phone with bluetooth that I know about.
