Color Printer Help
 

Ok boys and girls. I need help again.
I just finished fixing my gf's parents computer and everything there works fine, except for the printer.
They have an HP OfficeJet 6210 All-In-One (fax, scan,print, etc).
When I hooked it up it was having problems printing the correct colors. I finally got it to work and went home. Today they said that Word is not printing out the correct color but their check printing software is(I'm not sure which one they are using, I'll ask and fill it in later). Has anyone had this problem before? I don't deal with printers often as I don't print often or it's black and white only.
I managed to spend my last 4 years at school whoring out the school's printers for everything :thumbsup: .

Are the ink cartridges new? If they are old they will dry/cake up. Check and see if there is a newer driver for the printer.
