Mp3 directory playlist creator?

Does anyone know a program that will batch create playlists based on the directory name that the music is located in?

I've used iTunes.... I don't ever remember it being able to do that... But i'll double check .

How did you get iTunes to sory by directory? Even with SmartPlaylist I couldn't get it to simply scan my drive and make the playlists based on the folder they are located in.
