I have tried to figure out what temperature my system components are supposed to be but I can't seem to figure this out because every source I can find has been vague, at best, about the subject. I'm told that the default values of my monitoring program, Asus PC Probe, and that I'm supposed to configure it with real values. This is surprising, considering how the program knows what I'm running.

Specifically, what is meant by "CPU Temperature Threashold" and "MB Temperature Threashold"?

I'm running a P4 3.0GHz HT processor on an Asus P5AD2 motherboard.
