Car radio extended reception? - Tilted Forum Project Discussion Community

As I commute 1.5 hours to work in the morning, I have finally found a radio show that interests me, problem is that I get about an hour away and lose reception...nothing interfering, just lose fades out. Is there anything I can do to increase the reception for my lowly saturn?

If your factory radio is capable, switch the FM mode from 'Stereo' to 'Mono'. That will halp a little.

And dont bother with any of the 'boosters' - the only thing they do is boost noise.
