Mac+Region Free? - Tilted Forum Project Discussion Community

I have a Powerbook G4 running OSX 10.3.5, and I was wondering if computers come region free? If not, is there a way to make them region free? I ordered a dvd from england, and it doesn't want to play on my computer. The built in DVD player loads up, but freezes at 3 seconds all the time. What can I do?

Oh, and I know the DVD is PAL... but still, is there maybe another DVD player that will work, or is it a physical hardware problem?
