Mouse wheel doesn't work in-game. Please help!
 

Hi. Here's my problem:
My mouse wheel works perfectly for my internet browsers and otehr programs, but when I try to play Hitman: Codename 47, the mouse wheel doesn't respond. Is there something I need to do to make it work? The mouse wheel is a vital tool to play that game.

Do you have your mouse's software installed?

Even if you dont, windows its self will reconize it, but a game needs the software to utilize its extra abilities. At least, I've found this true at some point.

Thing is there isn't any software to install. It's the mouse that came w/ the computer. Plus, I've played this game before about a year ago with no problems.

what kind of mouse?.. try updating any drives?..
