explain DATABSE 1NF,2NF and 3NF?

ive tried to read a lot about normalization with databases. ive looked online for many sites but i dont quite understand it. such as removing groups and removing fields that isnt dependant on the PK (primary key). any1 care to explain for post me some nice websites i can check out? would be greatly thankful
