I would probably up the powerage on your Power Supply there buddy. Stick with Antec or
even better, Enermax. Skies the limits, but I would at least recommend above 400 Watts. I'm not expert, but it seems like a safe route to go. Everything else looks great. Erm, but why not get Two SATA hard drives, make use of your RAID board. |
You're probably fine with that power supply, and IMHO Antec > Enermax.
Why the floppy drive? Just get a 128MB usb drive for probably the same price as the drive. I mean, floppy drives are so... 1992... :D |
from the specs i have up there, they're just the base im gonna start with.. im gonna eventually get another hard drive.. just dont have the extra 120$ for one now..
|
i don't see any video card... do you already have that covered or are you gonna use onboard video?
|
Onbourd sound should be ok, but onboard video is always a no-no.
I left the floppy out of my last 3 builds. You may want to flash your bios as you are building, and then not include the floppy. The floopy is inexpensive, but why include it if it will just add to the airflow and heat equation? Your power supply should be fine. |
He listed his videocard at the end of the description: GeForce FX 5900 Ultra. Nice card!
