Best vid card for the least amount of dough
Well from this thread it appears I need a new vid card if I want to play this game. Whats the best one I can get for the money. I don't want to spend a boatload on the newest and best, I'd rather spend the least on what will last me more that a few months. Any suggestions?

my ati 9800 pro was under 200 bucks, damn good card...now i just need to fix my overheating problem ;)

The 9800 Pro is by far the best bang for the buck. Just over $200, and will last you a while. Just make sure you get the 256 bit version, not the 128 bit.

Sapphire Radeon 9800 Pro 128 MB, 256-bit memory interface. For just over $200, you won't find a better deal on the market.

I have to say a 9800 pro or 9700 pro or sapphire 9600xt ultimate. 9800 and 9700 are around $200 on Newegg the 9600xt is $175. I feel so stupid buying a aopen gffx5900xt for $230.
If you like danger you can get a Powercolor 9800se from Newegg for $150. I've heard rumors that you can clock it to a pro maybe even to an xt. |
I have a AMD 1500 mhz with 256 megs of ram and a 64 meg geforce 3 and Pandora Tommorow runs perfectly on all high settings.

$$$$$$$$$$
You should say the amount that your looking to spend!
