"Your password will expire in 10 days" Windows 2000 Pro
 

I had this problem a long time ago and for the life of me I can't remember what the hell to do. At log on I'm getting this message yet i've never assigned any passwords to this machine.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Should be a checkbox in Control Panel--> Users and Passwords.

Am assuming that you are automatically logging on as a particular user?

Did you Google for it? Or search the built-in Windows help? (Start - Help)

inside of here, go to the advanced tab, then find the user and select the checkbox for password never expires.

This seems to have taken care of it!
