Server troubles...
I'm running http://www.banksandmorris.com and I checked it this morning, and when I hit the site a save as window poped up... I wrote the whole site in php and from all I can figure is that something happened with the server and it's ability to generate php files... So I put up a temp page just to cover it up. Any idea what could have happened?? Or how I could check? I'm running Cpanel and you can see a php page at http://www.banksandmorris.com/index.php
Hopefully the problem will fix its self but if not I need to know how to fix it. -John |

Looks like you are running Apache 1.31, check if your httpd.conf (probably in /etc/httpd/) has the following line in it:
AddType application/x-httpd-php .php .phtml I wonder, is it your server or are your hosting your site at some other location? If you have shell access you might try running 'php -v' and check the output of that.

When I try to login to Cpanel I get this error: "199.44.37.201 - bandm [14/Jun/2004:12:34:19 -0500] "GET / HTTP/1.1" 301 0 "" "Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.0)" HTTP/1.0 301 Moved Server: cpsrvd/9.4.0 Connection: close Location: /frontend/x/index.html Content-type: text/html The Document has moved here"
And for many of the pages when I try to view them, file manager etc dir shows a longer version of this: "FPGlB7|koK"tbAr pe5J"锇=(~GZ+Ɏ\e9""ʑ%-,BeP {-YP!k|FUjcMo&I6Ї;+8}=A@bCE oj6 &uz߁)ѲPaQz`{u#пnʣG}`l$uqy)5vO[OxVOlNfnYz,rQX=4dIBN`qIȌ}\<g%=d,)+DX@c%0S5챊 ,I/մ~g88;֩'KƋ]:\-GfJwUC(TB/kw=Mtvl" Any clue what in the world is going on with my server? I'm being remotely hosted. So I don't have full access to it but I have all resell privilages which gives me a few more options. The only thing I have changed within the last 24 hours was the dns zone for the mx records, everything else is the same. So I can see no way that me redirecting email could do this. Any ideas??? |
