Cordless MX Duo

Has anyone had their cradle die yet? Mine and my friend's died, and now we can't charge our mice anymore? Has anyone else had this problem, and if so, is there a fix?

You should look into the warrenty. How long have you had it?

Since christmas. it was a gift and I highly doubt they have the receipt still.

Wow, that would be weak if my cradle died. I love this mouse, it cups my hand and foils left-handed bastards who try to use my computer.

You may not need the receipt. I'm talking about the manufacturer warrenty. I'd suggest at least calling.

He's right. There's a 1 year manufacturers warranty. Contact Logitech and they'll give you an RMA # so you can return it and get new stuff.

Here's a link for their customer support. Use it!

ack.. I hope this doesn't happen :) i just bought one of these about a month ago, and am absolutely loving it. although I find about 9/10 of the function keys on both keyboard and mouse to be near useless (and completely useless atm while in linux)

I've used an MX700 for well over a year now with no problems. Your problem is hopefully a rare one, although I wouldn't be surprised if quality was being sacrifised somewhat to keep up with the high demand of these mice. I work for a company that manufatures their own products, and I've seen first hand bad products be given the OK just to keep up with orders.

Yeah, I love this mouse/keyboard, I seriously hope I don't have a problem with it. But just in case I do, now I know what to do!
