matlab question: combining vectors...
hello,
im working on a big matlab project for one of my classes... i have most of it done, but im trying to 'clean' it up a bit... basically what i have is two vectors v_l and z, i am trying to make a new vector vla which is the combination of the two... my current matlab code is vla = [z(1) v_l(1) z(2) v_l(2) z(3) v_l(3) z(4) v_l(4) z(5) v_l(5) ...] i am wondering if there is any way to make a for loop to do such at thing...? i dont know thanks for your help! tom |
nevermind i figured it out....persistance pays

what was the code?

for i=1:100
vla((2*i)-1)=z(i) vla(2*i)=v_l(i) end That is the way I would do it but I am sure it can be done cleaner and probably shorter too. |
