Online, web album program
 

Hey, I was looking for a web album program today and I came across gallery and jalbum. For some reason both are not what I had in mind, I like gallery but it has been giving me some serious problems. I was wondering if I had any alternatives to these two. Preferably free, but paid does not matter either.

Look into Coppermine

one i've started using is web picture creator [ http://www.webpicturecreator.com/ ]. it's pretty straightforward. it's worth a look. and yes, it's free.

Ok, I just took a look at coppermine, I really like it, but I already have a blog running on my server that uses mysql, and my website space provider only gives me 1 database, can I run another database on the server or is it not possible?

Depends, you might have to look into the documentation to see if it tells you what tables it'll create. Without looking at it, I bet you could because the table names ought to be different.

Sorry about that, I picked a program called web album creator, it seems to work for me, not the greatest program like gallery no comments or anything, it just lets you display.

I use imagestation.. it's not a program, it's an online album storage/viewing site.. and it's FREEEEEEEEEEEEEEE with unlimited storage.

my current package for my .net gives me 4.5 GB and 100 GB/month which is enough for me so far.
I would echo SiN's recommendation and suggest Coppermine. My hosting company conveniently made the install process just two clicks in my site's configuration section.
