problem:sound not coming from all 4 speakers

i have creative inspire 4.1 and sb!live 5.1 soundcard....
for winamp5-sound comes only from the 2 front speakers but all work fine with wmv...
i installed the drivers that came with the soundcard...
any fixes?
should i use another player?

I have the same problem with winamp, wmp plays on my 5.1 setup fine, winamp only hits the Front, Center, Left and Sub

i was setting the wave device as sb live...i guess that doesnt work

i have AC97 audio through abit's onboard audio setup. Winamp does not play the rear channels when mediaplayer does. I thought it just had to do with winamp. My acceleration is on full.

any advice?

Oh god damnit, I wish I had known this 3 weeks ago when I sent my speakers in for this exact reason. One of the speakers wasn't playing, so I sent the system in. Now I am going to wait another week to see my speakers back. Well thanks for the advice, hopefully this fixes the problem.
I had Logitech 5.1 speakers, but it was doing the same thing.
