I'm currently looking for a web designer to design a high-end web site and matching VB 3.0 skin. I'm looking to spend under 1000 if possible. Anyone know of any nice sites that do stuff like this? TIA.

OT : Not sure if this is the right place to post it, or mabye Programming.
