God, I really do not miss college days when you could hardly afford to eat let alone pickup the latest DVD/CD/Game and upgrade your computer.

EDIT:

If you read farther on he gets a better case from a friend and decides to give his case "Balls" a viking funeral by taking it to a parking lot and lighting it on fire.

Later he writes that one of his friends cleaned up the burnt up case and reused it. His friend calls it "Big Black Balls"...
