I love Mozilla.. but..

For some reason every website has a diff font size.. what's with that? Some websites will be tiiiiny, and I'll bump it up some, and then I'll go to another and it's gigantic.. What's the deal? How come IE never had this problem?

Font size on a webiste, You know how you can adjust the size? with Ctrl + like under view in IE? Well some sites will be tiny compared to others, and I constantly have to keep adjusting the size from site to site

What OS? What version of Mozilla? Did you install it over a previous version?

while we're bitching about moz/firefox I've found one thing I absolutely hate about FF. It can't handle loading a porn thread for shit. The display freezes and I have to hilite and scroll to see the next page as the app display is stuck on the thread of pics. I've gotten to where I'm using IE again to browse porn threads. I've got my cache at over 100MB, I'm running server 2003 and I dunno why it's choking so hard on a thread of many images.

Holo: Yeah, that's a bit of a problem. I had that problem with Opera as well. Here's (some of) the filed bugs that are being worked on:

Bug 218861 - nsImageWin: come up with a better way to limit GDI object usage
Bug 205893 - ImageLib uses GDI handles inappropriately; malicious page can crash mozilla, windows
Bug 204374 - GDI Resources are used until the UI/website displays faultily
Bug 184933 - loading lots of images makes moz forget to repaint everything

I found fonts under options but couldn't get it set how I wanted it. I don't want it to stick to one font, that makes websites ugly

You can try setting the minimum font size in the area where you are. Set it to 12 or 14, and you should be alright.
