Converting DVD to Still image - Tilted Forum Project Discussion Community

Are there any software tools available to scan still images from a DVD? Any links would be helpful.

Assuming you have a DVD drive in your computer..... My best guess is download or buy a dvd player program that comes with an image capture option on it. I havent had much luck with a screen grab utility that just takes screen shots. Most of the time it grabs the whole desktop but the area in your player is black.

Try playing the DVD in Media Player and pressing CTRL+I?
