have you tried windows media player?

when you look in "my computer" what does it say for the drive you put the disk in?

other then that, i'm assuming the disk is write protected. I had a radiohead CD that wouldn't play on my pc because of the same problem.

SACD Stands for Super Audio CD, and is ment to be used with a SACD Player. A SACD disc DOES NOT work in a computer, you MUST have a SACD player.
As far as I know there is no software that will play a SACD.

A SACD is not recorded in normal cd format, It is a propritary format from Sony. A SACD will deliver anything (depending on the disk) from 2 channel to 6 channel audio.

Just to add a little info:

An SACD is actually a DVD-9 (normal movies are on DVD-5, I believe) DVD-9 is usually a double layered medium. SACDs usually have a normal, Red Book layer that is readable by any CD player. This will be no different than if you bought the Dylan CD. An SACD player reads the layer beneath that contains the DSD stream. Your computer probably just can't read multi-layered media.

Oops, I forgot about the multi-layer discs. I do know that not all SACDs have the Red Book layer, but anyways thanks for the addition.
