A Friend of mine has this problem when he tries to login to the bank or where ever it need to be secure.
All other web pages works fine
I tried to allow cookies allow java and active X tried it all with no success anyone know what the problem is

Running Windows XP pro SP2 just reinstalled on a new hard drive after old HD died.

In the 'Internet Options' dialog you can pull up from the Control Panel, click the Advanced tab, and scroll down. Make sure 'Use SSL 2.0' and 'Use SSL 3.0' are checked.

Checked both on the SSL 2.0 3.0 and the 1.0 something rather

This did not work nothing seemed to work so I formatted that allways work
