I know that there are alot of OSX v.10 themes out there but are there any true to mac themes or free programs to give the feeling of OSX v.10?

None that I have seen. But being a Mac user I can pick them up really easy. There are a few that are fairly close though. Do a good search.

? i dont' see how you can get the BOUNCE to happen in your startbar or the zoom effect.

I have seen a application that add's all sorts of pointless graphical effects before but forget what it's called.

search on google for "moby dock" and/ or "object dock". those will give windows an aqua like dock
