Lexmark X-75
I'm looking at a Lexmark X-75 scanner/copier/printer for 60 bucks new....good deal? or should i stay away from it? I don't need anything top of the line, but I want something fair....suggestions, anybody have one?

Got a call from a school group I assist with IT. They had purchased an X-75 and couldn't get the scanner to work. I went over and couldn't get it working. I spent 2 hours on two separate calls to Lexmark tech support. They finally decided it must be a faulty scanner and shipped us a new one.
I went out yesterday to install the new one. The scanner doesn't work and we're getting the same error message we'd received before. My experience so far has been that Lexmark products are cheap for a reason.

I had one for a year and it worked fine, Sent it over to my sister's house when I upgraded. it still is working for her. Solid, midrange option, but make sure to check and make sure that there isn't anything better in the market. My favorite computer retailer is newegg. http://www.newegg.com
