Having dual access on one comp

Is it feasible for one computer to have two ips? Say I were to hook my DSL line up to the ethernet port and my cable to the usb? Is this possible?

It should be. Each NIC interface would have it's own IP address and scope. The only trouble you might have is your applications my try and use either for outbound web surfing and stuff. Might get them confused.
