Saving games to hard drive?
Is it possible to save a game to my HD so don't have to put the disk in. It's just a word game, no huge graphic's or anything.
Thanks in advance.

The best way would be to get a virtual drive program. It takes an image of the cd your game is on and makes the computer think that the image file on your hard drive is really a cd-rom drive.
Failing that, goto www.astalavista.box.sk and look for a no-cd patch. As long as you have the original cd everything's good, otherwise you'll be breaking copyright laws :-/

Make an image of the CD (there is plenty of software out there to do this), then use a drive emulator (I use Daemon Tools), and mount it up. The computer thinks that it is a cd.
Or yeah, try to find a no-cd patch.

http://megagames.com/ also has some no-cd cracks, but gamecopyworld is by far the best
