Personal Web Proxy
 
I use Privoxy. It is very customizable and I use it mainly to block ads, etc..

It works on lots of systems download it HERE.

I used to use Privoxy but now I use the newest version of MyIE2, which has most all the stuff Privoxy did built in to the browser.
