running 98 here...

My com aint letting me install anything?
tried few games, and office, all say there is a 'problem with missing export' then have a .dll, then it says that it cant run the .exe as a device attached to the sytem is not funcioning.
all .dll's quoted are present and correct... any help appreciated.

Try getting newer versions of the dll's. The ones you have may have become corrupt.
