I guess I'm al old fart about Usenet, but I use(d) XNews. I was kindof getting into Agent when Comcast pulled all the free usenet feeds. I seem to remember that a few of the pay usenet services had their own readers that they gave away for free. I'm sure they're tweaked versions to work better with their services.
I would say try a few and see which interface is easier for you. |
It depends on what you want to do with usenet. Do you actually want to read the messages, or are you more interested in downloading the binaries.
If it's the latter, you should try Grabit. It's free, and works very well. I tried other programs, but they're not quite as simple and good as Grabit. (But I suppose that depends on what program's you're used to. :) ) |
