Website monitoring software
 
I am looking for website monitoring software that can do the following:

- Send email alerts when the website is down.
- Follow a sequence of pages to make sure that a clicking path is functioning.
- Provide reports on uptime and response time

Anyone have suggestions?

I really don't know. A quick google showed a few but I've only seen webmetrics in action and I don't even know how to use it.

There are a lot of monitoring platforms, but the click path thing is a bit tricky
